The host organisation was established in 2008 with the business in luxury cruises, boutique hotels, restaurants and travel agencies in Vietnam. Their aim is to offer a unique service experience to all of their customers. At the moment, the company is proud of being one of the very few companies which own 5-star cruise ships in Vietnam.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled in university, graduated or have relevant work experience in the field of interest

  • Languages: English, second language is a plus

  • Proficient computer skills: MS Office, Email, Internet Usage, etc

  • Soft skills & interpersonal skills (communication, teamwork, presentation, decision-making, time management, etc)

  • Passion for work & ability to work under pressure

  • Other specialized knowledge, professional skills & qualities to perform the job

Main tasks

  • The intern will work mainly on the cruise and assist the cruise manager with the following tasks:

  • Take care of the guests

  • Make sure excellent service is delivered to customers

  • Manage and guide local staff to follow the company’s standards

  • Cooperate with other departments such as Sales, HR, Accounting, etc
