This company was established to develop the market in the solar energy field. It intends to build an industry chain for solar energy, research the manufacture of active-core solar devices and promote the use of solar energy.


This company is the single largest company of global solar cell project. As for production technology, the index of the solar battery has reached PV industry level line. The company's solar cells have an average conversion efficiency of 17.6%, up to 18%. It plans to install a total of 10 GW of solar capacity across China in the next 3 to 5 years, in Xinjiang, Gansu, Western Sichuan and Inner Mongolia. It will actively expand its overseas business to become a globally competitive solar PV firm.

Responsibilities

  • To evaluate and proceed the profit of cost down project.

  • To establish and improve machine mix-match.

  • To trace the abnormal event which is caused by machine issue.

  • Manage the product process condition and optimization.

  • Manage the product start and processing procedures/documentation.

  • Work with various groups to generate/optimize the process for implementation.

  • Characterize the baseline process flow and parameters.

  • Advise and co-work the fresh engineers in project study.
