The host company for this internship is a foreign event planning & management agency. Founded in 2005 in Shanghai, China, it supports businesses in connecting with their target audiences through creative and engaging events. It currently manages offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Guangzhou, giving clients national coverage. The company specializes in serving the high-end hospitality industry, the top 500 worldwide corporations as well as premium & luxury brands.
Converting pitches into actual sales: Work closely with the agency teams (creative strategist, design, production, talents & PR) to build presentations under the supervision of the Business Development Manager. The overall look of the presentation and the quality of the wording are as essential as the creativity and thoroughness of the content to differentiate the company from its competitors
Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients of the agency

Exceptional attention to detail
Foreigner with a bachelor degree required.
Fluent English required (spoken and written).
Candidates must be passionate about events and about creating unique experiences for people.
Candidates must have strong PowerPoint skills (proficiency in design software is a plus)
Great mastery of written English, a synthetic mind, an outstanding attention to details
Strong interest for branding, lifestyle, luxury and new trends is required.
