The role is to support the team as a whole, and also to act individually in helping the foundation to expand and enhance its business connections.
Assist the communications director in creating a communication and promotion strategy in the Chengdu area to maximize funding channels.
Assist the team leader with ongoing projects.
Assist in establishing and maintaining good relations with other NGOs, business enterprises, governmental offices and looking into expanding funding channels through these partners.
Designing marketing materials for ongoing projects.
Maintain good relationships among donors, volunteers and partners.
Consistently update relevant data into systems.
Majoring in marketing, PR, Business Administration, Media, English, Social Studies
Good communication and presentation skills
Proactive and multi-task oriented
Passionate about charity
Respectful of cultural differences
Good MS Office skills
