Business Development Intern in China– Investment Area

This position is with a company that specializes in the Investment and Real Estate industries. One of its core activities is to offer “service offices” to companies that are looking into relocating into more well-furnished and well-located offices. The company also run business in equity financing services. It assists in the whole process of private equity financing, the sourcing of investors (including financial investors and strategic investors). The company additionally provides services in big asset investment and acquisition.
Identify key prospects
Drive sales process to achieve sales targets through planning and sales execution
Research and understand the company’s current and potential clients
Promote the company’s services to local clients through cold calls, face-to-face meetings, sales presentations and promotional events
Collect market intelligence on industry trends and opportunities
Feedback to spot sales opportunities and formulate strategic sales plan
Prepare sales presentations and service proposals
Assist with the preparation of sales plans, forecasts, weekly reports and sales visit summaries
Work closely with the sales director
Ambitious, responsible and motivated self-starter
Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
Possess an excellent sense of market trends and customer needs
A confident and determined approach.
Mature, self-motivated with a passion to develop new business
Software skills: MS Office, PowerPoint
